For UNISON members in WSCC CYPL
West Sussex County Council is proposing a series of changes to the Early Help service including to:
- Maintain Early Help services from 11 of the 43 children and family centre buildings
- Increase the support and focused response to vulnerable children
- Merge the 12 Find It Out centres with the 11 children and family centres
UNISON would like to hear from our members working in:
- Early Help,
- and across Children, Young People & Learning
We want your views about the proposals, the impact this could have on you, your role and the service, and your ideas for ensuring that the needs of children, young people and families are met.
We will use the responses you give to our survey to inform UNISON’s collective response to the public consultation currently underway until 17 May 2021.
