March Against Racism: Saturday 18th March

Be part of an international ‘March Against Racism’ in Central London on Saturday 18th March 2017.

The UNISON supported ‘Stand Up To Racism‘ campaign is organising a national demo to mark United Nations Anti-Racism Day and are calling for support:

 

“The 18th March is an opportunity for antiracists to make a powerful statement against the backdrop of Trump’s Muslim ban, Le Pen and the far-right making gains across Europe and Theresa May ramping up rhetoric against migrants and refugees as she prepares to invoke article 50.”

Where: Assemble in Portland Place, London, W1A 1AA.
When: 12 noon, Saturday 18th March 2017
How: Free or cheap train tickets, sponsored by local and regional trade unions, are available for the London march. ‘Adur and Worthing Stand Up To Racism’, supported by Adur and Worthing UNISON branch, are organising trains from Worthing/ Lancing/ Shoreham/ Brighton. Tickets must be booked in advance:
