Many members may not be aware of the support available to them through the Union’s welfare charity ‘There for You‘.
There for You provides direct financial support to members in hardship as well as a range of other services, like debt advice and budget planning.
This week has been designated ‘Welfare at work’ week in order to raise awareness of the Union’s charity and the different types of support that it offers.
The West Sussex branch has a Welfare Officer, Karen Fenn, who directly supports our branch members to access this support when they need it most.
We have set up 2 online sessions this week where members can meet Karen and find out more.
