UNISON Branch Secretary Dan Sartin will be leading a series of one-hour presentations across the county to discuss the outcomes of the Capita research project. The results can be read in full on our website. We have both the full report and the Branch Lines special edition available. The latter provides an overview of the main findings.
Dan will be talking about the implications for you as union members, customers of the services now managed by Capita, and Capita employees. He will also discuss how the union will try to influence future change to Capita services and monitor improvements.
We urge you to at least read the Branch Lines special edition in advance, so you can come to the presentations better informed.
Paper copies of the newsletter will be widely distributed across WSCC buildings in the next couple of weeks.
The presentations are open to both UNISON members and non-members. If you are already a union member, please encourage any non-members in your workplace to attend so they can find out more about how our research will also impact on them, and more about the work of the union in general. Any non-members attending will be expected to join on the day.
No need to book.
