Do you know your rights at work? Do you have questions about health and safety? UNISON West Sussex branch would like to invite you to a virtual meeting on 16 November at 16:30 for an hour, where one of our Regional Organisers will be presenting and discussing Know Your Rights at Work.
This event will cover issues including:
- How to tackle bullying, harassment, and discrimination in the workplace
- Breaks and your rights
The event will also cover how your UNISON branch can support and represent you in HR processes:
- Handling disciplinary and grievances
- Sickness absence procedures
- Collective restructuring and redundancies

This is such an important topic we are opening it up to all school support staff, not only members but also non-members. So please inform all your colleagues and why not bring a friend to the event? Your friend doesn’t have to be a member.
