The branch is inviting all members on NJC Pay (West Sussex County Council, schools and academies’ members) to three, short online meetings on the NJC pay offer.
All will be held on MS Teams. We have one in the morning (Friday 14th April), one at lunch time (Monday 17th April) and one in the late afternoon (Tuesday 18th April). Dan Sartin, branch secretary, will give a short presentation on the offer followed by a Q&A from members.

The employer’s offer of £1,925 has come in for 2023-24. The UNISON NJC Committee is recommending to members that they reject this offer and has put an immediate formal industrial action ballot in place. Come along to our meetings to find out more.
