Important Update: Branch AGMs cancelled
Due to the Corona Virus situation the branch has reluctantly had to cancel its AGMs, including Quiz & Curry night, scheduled for the end of March.
There will be three short AGM sessions this year. They will consist of a half hour business report and annual elections to the branch committee, then time for members to ask questions of the branch secretary, treasurer and other committee members.
Two take place from 1:00-2.00pm as follows (no need to register – just turn up):
- Wednesday 25th March: Cowdray Room, County Hall North, Horsham
- Thursday 26th March: Conference Room 4, Centenary House, Worthing
Followed by:
- Friday 27th March: Martlets Restaurant, County Hall, Chichester (4.30-9.00pm) – register for your ticket below.
The quiz and curry night immediately follows the shortened AGM format in Chichester on 27th March, with free dinner with wine for all members.
Additionally, if you want to bring your own beer or soft drinks you are welcome to do so.
All branch members from any employer (and retired members) are welcome at any of our AGMs. Tickets for the quiz and curry night are free but must be booked in advance and may only be reserved for branch members. Come as a team or simply book yourself a ticket and join a team on the night at our friendly, fun quiz. Every ticket holder (and members attending any AGM) receive a free raffle ticket for our prize draw on the night and the chance to win some great prizes, including the star prize this year: a Lenovo 10″ Quadcore Tablet!
Tickets for the Chichester event are available to reserve now on a first-come, first-served basis. This has proved to be a really successful and enjoyable evening in the past, so 27th March 2020 is definitely a date for your diary! Tickets are limited so don’t delay!
