Steps to follow:
- Download our editable membership referral form or give this website address to a friend (https://unisonwestsussex.org.uk/referral-form/).
- Send the membership form or website address to a colleague or friend who wants to join UNISON.
- Your colleague should complete the form as normally, but there is a special box on the left-hand side where they can put your name down as their referrer.
- They can return their completed membership form by email to office.unison@westsussex.gov.uk or alternatively post to: UNISON West Sussex, Central Attic, County Hall, West Street, Chichester, PO19 1RQ.
- They need to send their form back so we receive it no later than 31st August 2026.
- We will automatically send you as the referrer an online £10 Amazon voucher for each new member you recruit.
