Holding a staff survey was a commitment given during the IPEH (Integrated Prevention and Earliest Help Service) consultation. UNISON West Sussex requested for certain questions to be included to help gather feedback on the experience of staff working in the new service.
The survey is open until Monday 23rd April 2018, so if you work in the IPEH service don’t miss the opportunity to give your views.
UNISON will be discussing the results with management to review what actions might be required.
